The Syrah gives life to a red colour with purple hues, all its complexities are revealed to the nose: fruity and floral, with the emergence of persistent hints of red fruits such as black currant, blueberry and cherry, blended with delicate suggestions of spices and vanilla. Its palate is dry, full-bodied, tannic and fairly alcoholic, ideal with mildly mature cheeses and red meats. An unexpected combination with grilled tuna steak: an original pairing but very impressive.

Single variety wine making, Nero d’Avola produces full-bodied wines with high alcohol content and high sugar content from its must. Deep, ruby, red in colour with vibrant purple hues and a complex taste of its peculiarities. On the nose it is fragrant and articulate, its primary aromas of fruit with distinctive grape flower stand out. Its flavour is delicate and elegant, warm and dry, full-bodied and rich in personality. Nero d’Avola is served with grilled meats and mature cheeses.
